Representatives of Assan Panel which is a part of Turkish giant Kibar Holding, met with the staff of ASSAN-STP Panel Joint Venture.
The purpose of the meeting was to greet the team at the joint venture and congratulate them on a new beginning that is going to be an important partnership for the region’s economy.
During the meeting, the staff was informed about the Kibar Holding and Assan Panel as well as ASSAN-STP Panel's plans for the near future. The main goals of the company are to increase the range of products in a short time, obtain relevant quality certificates, increase local sales and exports.
It’s worth noting that STP and Assan Panel Sanayı ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Assan Panel) of Kibar Holding, the largest industrial group in Turkey, initiated cooperation negotiations in 2020 which resulted in an agreement to establish a joint venture in 2021. In May 2021, the ASSAN-STP Panel joint venture was established on the basis of STP's Sandwich Panels Plant.
Kibar Holding, which has set up joint ventures with Hyundai, Turkish Airlines, Posco and other major international companies, has companies operating in diverse sectors, including aluminum, automotive, food and oil & gas. One of these companies, Assan Panel, exports to a total of 85 countries, including European, Middle East, Central Asian and African countries.
