“GoldenPay” has joined “Enterprise Growth Programme” by EBRD which is conducted within the support framework of the Bank to the small and medium enterprises. During the program experienced CEOs and directors of the developed countries provide advisory services to the local companies to acquire advanced business skills and  increase competitiveness.

Throughout the Program “GoldenPay” will benefit from the advisory services in the areas of improving management skills, attracting funds for investment, transferring technological know-how and preparing to operate in international markets.

First visit of Mr. Peter Lorens Ravn to Baku during September 18-22 is already completed. Program will last from 12 to 18 months and costs will be shared 10% by GoldenPay and 90% via EBRD grant.

“Goldenpay”OJSC is the owner of the largest online services portal of Azerbaijan “Hesab.az”. “Hesab.az” allows its users to pay by bank cards for services of mobile operators, utility (electricity, gas, water and land line phones) internet providers and cable television companies. Also, users can make bank loan and leasing payments, apply for a bank loan and leasing and buy insurance policies online. Currently, portal has more than 130 thousand users. Users can create “Personal account”, record the payments history and participate in the auctions by using bonuses they receive.
