As of October 1, 2019, the assets of the state-owned Azer Turk Bank increased by 11% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 351.9 million manats. The bank's loan portfolio amounted to 165.4 million manats.
Total income grew by 16% and amounted to 23.7 million manats. In the third quarter, the bank earned a net profit of 671.5 thousand manats, which is 4.5 times more than the same period last year.
The total capital amounted to 51.4 million manats. It should be noted that the adequacy of the Bank’s total capital is 32%, and the leverage ratio is 13%, which is higher than the established norms. Return on equity (RoE ratio) was 1.6%.
The total liabilities of the bank increased by 13% and amounted to 296.1 million manats.
The bank attracted deposits of 154.8 million manats, of which 47.7 million manats are time deposits of the population.
The number of active plastic cards reached 41 985, which is 8% more than in the previous year.
The number of Bank customers increased by 50% compared to the same period last year and reached 63,389.
75 percent of shares of Azer-Turk Bank OJSC, operating since 1995, belongs to the government of Azerbaijan.
